To confirm your Jim Corbett booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance payable 30 days before departure. Cancellations made 30+ days in advance are refundable after deducting a small processing fee, while cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Safari permits once issued are non-refundable and non-transferable as per forest department rules. Travel insurance is highly recommended (but not included). Itineraries may change due to weather conditions or park regulations. Each guest is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on; extra luggage may incur additional charges. Guests are requested to respect wildlife, maintain silence during safaris, and avoid littering. Special requests such as room upgrades, dietary preferences, or additional safaris should be mentioned during booking and are subject to availability.
